What Parcely is
Parcely is a software and lead-generation tool. We use AI to surface real-estate intent from public conversations and route each qualified lead to a single realtor through a fair queue. We provide signals and contact data; we do not contact leads on your behalf or close transactions for you.
Eligibility and accounts
Parcely is for individual realtors. You need an account to use the service, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. The information you provide at sign-up must be accurate.
Subscriptions and billing
- Membership is sold per market, monthly. You can subscribe to one or more markets.
- New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial that requires a card. At the end of the trial, your card is automatically charged for the first month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe does.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period you have already paid for, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Acceptable use
While using Parcely, you agree NOT to:
- Scrape, copy in bulk, resell, or redistribute any data we provide. The leads and data are licensed to you for your own use, not for resale.
- Use leads for anything other than your own real-estate outreach. Parcely is not a list you can repurpose for unrelated marketing.
- Share, publish, or disclose the personal information of any lead beyond what is necessary for your permitted outreach.
Your outreach is your responsibility (CASL)
Parcely surfaces contact information that people have shared in public posts. You — not Parcely — are responsible for complying with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and all other applicable laws in any outreach you send. We provide the contact data; the legal obligation to obtain proper consent, identify yourself, and offer unsubscribe where required rests with you.
Not a brokerage (RECO)
Parcely is a software and lead-generation tool. It is not a real-estate brokerage and does not provide real-estate trading services. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance with the rules of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and any other regulatory body that governs your practice, including how you advertise, represent yourself, and handle client relationships.
No guarantees
Leads are intent signals derived from public activity — not guaranteed clients and not guaranteed closings. We make no warranty that any lead will respond, transact, or close, and we do not warrant any particular business outcome. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitforge Softworks Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of Parcely. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Parcely after a change means you accept the updated terms.
