Parcely is operated by Bitforge Softworks Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, where it comes from, how we use it, who can see it, and how you can have it removed. If you have a question about your data, email us at support@parcely.ai.
What we collect
Parcely surfaces real-estate intent from public conversations. The information we hold comes from public Facebook group posts and comments in the markets we serve. Specifically, we may store:
- The text of public posts and comments that signal someone is looking to buy, sell, rent, or invest in real estate.
- Contact details — name, phone number, or email — but only when the person typed them into a public post themselves. We do not guess or derive contact information.
- AI-generated assessments of buyer, seller, renter, landlord, or investor intent, along with a confidence score. These are derived solely from the public activity above.
Where it comes from — and where it does not
Every contact field we store is bound to the specific public post that contained it, so we can always show exactly where and when it was posted. This is surfacing public posts, not data brokerage.
We do not enrich data. We never buy, append, or cross-reference information from LinkedIn, people-search services, or third-party data brokers. The only thing we hold about you is what you chose to make public, and we keep it tied to its source.
How we use it
We use this information to identify people who appear to be actively looking for real-estate help and to connect them with a single realtor who serves their market. The AI assessment helps us route each lead to one realtor rather than blasting it to many.
Who can see your information
Contact details are not shown to the general public. Only paying realtor members can see a lead's contact information, and only for leads that have been assigned to them directly, or for public-pool leads in a market they actively subscribe to. No member can browse another member's assigned leads, and visitors to our site never see contact details at all.
How long we keep it
We do not hoard inactive data. A profile with no public activity for 90 days is automatically deleted, along with the posts, comments, and AI assessments built on it. If you become active again later, you are treated as a fresh signal — we do not maintain a permanent dossier.
Your rights and how to be removed
Anyone can ask us to remove their data, whether or not they are a Parcely member, at parcely.ai/privacy/remove. You do not need an account. Here is what happens:
- Requests are honored within roughly 24 to 48 hours.
- Deletion removes everything tied to your profile — the profile record, the posts and comments we indexed, and any AI assessments derived from them.
- Deletion is permanent. To make sure our systems never re-collect you, we keep a one-way, irreversible hash of your profile identifier — never your name, your content, or anything that can be turned back into the original data. It exists only to recognize and skip you in the future.
Not affiliated with Meta
Parcely is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. We are an independent tool that reads publicly available conversations; we are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Facebook or any Meta product.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Material changes to our practices will be reflected here.
